Indiegogo Campaign is LIVE! Get Our New CD!

vivantsindiegogo
Rain is finally falling here in San Francisco and we are gearing up for some great Fall shows to support our brand spanking new CD, “Bluegrass Special”!  We can’t wait to share it with you all!

For our third album, we made a bluegrass record featuring a couple of new original songs, plus tunes by Bill Monroe, Charlie Louvin, Arthur Teal, and other traditional American Songs. We’ve already recorded it, mixed it, mastered it, and manufactured it, all out of our own pockets. We really worked our little tail off making this thing and we’re dang proud of our new recordings. Now it’s time to start promoting the album. That’s where you come in!

We’re trying to raise $3,000 to spend on the PR of “Bluegrass Special.” Let’s face it, one of the big differences between an independent artist (like us) and the major labels is PR. The corporate music industry has an enormous budget for PR. As a supporter of our campaign, you’ll be helping us tackle the beast that is publicity. If this campaign is successful and we raise the entire $3,000 goal, we’ll hire a professional PR team that specializes in music to promote “Bluegrass Special.” If we don’t meet our $3,000 goal, your contributions will help us pay for the cost of mailing the album and other promotional material to media outlets and other people in the music industry who need to hear our new album.
As a backer of our campaign, you can get awesome perks, such as a copy of “Bluegrass Special,” one or both of our previous albums, a band t-shirt, a music lesson, or a house concert!

We will be officially launching campaign tomorrow!  Here is a link if you want to get more info on the project.  The campaign runs from Nov. 9-Dec. 9.

Some people just can’t contribute, but that doesn’t mean you can’t help! Please, feel free to share this campaign with people who enjoy classic American Music like bluegrass as well as sharing it on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
